From a passion for craftsmanship and a drive for perfection, I wanted to become a Plastic and Aesthetic Surgeon even before starting my studies. I owe my mentors and companions an excellent education, which allowed me to work in this field well before completing my specialist training and to perform plastic and hand surgery on-call duties within the SAV system.
Due to my personal vision of modern medicine that stays close to the patient, I wanted to create my own working environment. I decided to renovate an existing practice and established an operating room with air cleanliness class Ib, including overnight facilities, at Bremer Str. 12 in Oldenburg.
This makes the clinic one of the most advanced in the region in terms of patient safety and surgical hygiene. Through a great deal of personal effort and with the help of my team of craftsmen, a modern private clinic was created. This project has been a matter of the heart for me from the very beginning, and it fills me with great joy, pride, and humility to be able to offer my services in my hometown.

Why we do what we do
Our appearance contributes considerably to the first impression we make in social life – we reveal a great deal about ourselves before the first word is spoken. Ageing is part of life and belongs to it. Lines can make us look distinctive and approachable. It becomes a problem when our appearance no longer matches the way we feel: when shadows under the eyes make us look more tired than we are, when a frown line looks grim although we are not, or when a pronounced nasolabial fold makes us appear older.
Thanks to the progress of aesthetic medicine, this imbalance can often be countered with new, minimally invasive treatments and techniques and with comparatively little effort. The aim is a balance between how you see yourself and how others see you – not a different face, but your own, as fresh as you feel.

Surgical treatments such as body contouring procedures, breast surgery and body sculpting including lipoedema surgery are carried out on site in our state-of-the-art operating theatre, and we can monitor you overnight. Our high degree of specialisation and expertise gives patients from the region and from further afield the chance to find an honest point of contact for their concern.

About Dr. med. Phil Million
Dr. med. Phil Million is a specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery and the owner of the practice clinic on Bremer Straße in Oldenburg – with medical and commercial management in one pair of hands. His career: studies in human medicine at the Ruhr University Bochum (2008–2014), doctorate (2015), basic surgical training at the Pius Hospital Oldenburg (2015–2017), specialist training in plastic, reconstructive and hand surgery at the hospitals of the district of Diepholz (2017–2019) as well as board certification and work within the severe injury procedure of the German statutory accident insurance (BG SAV) at the Borromäus Hospital in Leer (2019–2022). Well before board certification he was already operating on his own responsibility in the on-call service of hand and plastic surgery – a broad wealth of experience in emergency management that benefits the safety of our patients today.
In 2022 he founded the practice clinic for plastic and aesthetic surgery in Oldenburg. He is a full member of the German Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (DGPRÄC), exchanges ideas with recognised plastic surgeons at national and international congresses and gives talks for patients, among other things on the subject of lipoedema. The focus of the practice clinic lies on lipoedema surgery with water-jet assisted liposuction, breast surgery, body contouring procedures on the body and face as well as minimally invasive treatments with botulinum and hyaluronic acid.
