Penis girth enhancement – a special subject in intimate surgery
When men feel the wish for more penis, a long inner conflict usually precedes that wish. Modern intimate surgery can help here. Using hyaluronic acid or platelet-rich plasma from your own blood, a temporary enhancement can be achieved. With autologous fat, usually harvested from the mons pubis, a lasting effect is possible.
During the procedure only very limited amounts can be transferred between the erectile tissue and the skin; about 60 per cent of the transferred amount remains. Depending on your wishes, two procedures may therefore be necessary. Important to know: this makes the penis look larger and gives about 1.5 to 2.5 cm more circumference, including when erect – it does not gain length.
How does a surgical penis enlargement work?
We only carry out a classic penis enlargement where the patient's wish is pronounced. Part of the upper supporting structure of the penis is detached from the pubic bone and distracted. It is important that the penis is then lengthened consistently. The disadvantage of this method is the instability at the top that remains afterwards, as well as the absence of added length during an erection.
A thoroughly good alternative to surgical lengthening is the use of a penis pump; this method requires sufficient self-discipline. The girth enhancement itself also creates a considerably increased perception of the penis.
How does an enhancement with hyaluronic acid proceed?
For the correction with hyaluronic acid we use high-quality materials that have a high load-bearing capacity but nevertheless feel natural and soft. First the penis is anaesthetised with a single injection so that the treatment is painless. The hyaluronic acid is then distributed carefully above the erectile tissue. After the treatment an increase in circumference of 1.5 to 2.5 cm can be expected. The glans can also be slightly enlarged in order to make the organ look visually bigger.
Enhancement with autologous fat
After a fat treatment the organ looks considerably larger and more substantial. We harvest the fat primarily from the mons pubis and the lower abdomen. The advantage of suction at the mons pubis: the root of the penis is afterwards covered by less tissue, which alone makes the penis look larger. We prepare the fat so that we can apply viable micro fat cells above the erectile tissue. Thanks to this micro fat, the formation of lumps beneath the skin is considerably reduced – unlike what is known from earlier methods.
How long does the result last?
Enhancement with hyaluronic acid lasts 6 to 12 months; enhancement with autologous fat is lasting.
Is sensation changed?
Patients frequently report improved sensation and increased arousability.
