Liposuction, the treatment of lipoedema, body contouring surgery and breast surgery are core areas of our practice clinic in Oldenburg. I carry out every procedure personally – in our own operating theatre, if needed with an overnight stay and care. Our body treatments
- Liposuction – targeted removal of stubborn fat deposits using water-jet assisted technique (WAL), also as 360° liposuction.
- Abdominoplasty – for an abdominal apron, a slack abdominal wall and rectus diastasis, as a mini, classic or T-incision variant.
- Upper arm lift – against the “bat wing” effect, with a scar on the inner side.
- Thigh lift – when the inner thighs rub, using a particularly tissue-friendly suture technique.
- Body lift – the circumferential lift after major weight loss, with autoaugmentation of the buttocks.
- Autologous fat transfer – your own fat for the breast, the buttocks and contour refinement.
- Mommy makeover – the combination after pregnancy.
- Lipoedema treatment – conservative therapy and lymph-sparing liposuction, with our own self-test.
Which procedure suits me?
The most important question is almost always the quality of the skin. If the skin is still elastic and only the volume is bothering you, liposuction is usually enough – where the conditions are right, supplemented by internal argon plasma tightening. If the skin is sagging, only removing the excess will help. Often the combination of the two is the best solution: suction where volume is a problem and tighten where skin is left over. Which variant is safe and sensible for you is decided by the findings of the examination – not by a wish list.
The cost of cosmetic surgery
After the first consultation with an examination you receive a fixed cost estimate that includes anaesthesia, surgery and follow-up care. Liposuction or a lift – what do I need?
The decisive factor is the quality of your skin. If the skin is elastic and only the volume is bothering you, liposuction is usually enough. If the skin is sagging, there is no way around a lift. Often a combination of the two is the best solution – we can see that during the examination.
What does cosmetic surgery cost at your clinic?
That depends on the procedure, on the effort involved and on the form of anaesthesia. After the first consultation you receive a fixed cost estimate. To make your desired procedure possible we offer individual financing models and instalment payments.
Does health insurance contribute?
Not for purely aesthetic procedures. Lipoedema is different: here liposuction has been covered by the German statutory health insurance funds under certain conditions since 1 January 2026. An abdominal apron with demonstrable symptoms can also be grounds for an application.
Can I combine several procedures?
Yes, if the duration and your state of health allow it. Typical combinations are liposuction plus a lift, or the combinations of the mommy makeover. What can responsibly be done is something we discuss at the first consultation.
How long will I be out of action?
That differs from procedure to procedure and is stated on every treatment page in the overview “Facts about the treatment”. Compression garments are worn for 6 weeks after most procedures, and showering is usually possible from the 2nd day.
