Thread Lift
Thread Lift
What Is a Thread Lift and When Is It Performed?
The thread lift is a minimally invasive procedure used to tighten fine wrinkles on the face and neck.
It is suitable for patients who do not yet require full surgical lifting, but who would benefit from a gentle mini-tightening.
With this method, it is realistic to smooth nasolabial folds or slightly lift the eyebrows.
What Results Can I Expect from a Thread Lift?
The effect is visible immediately after the procedure.
The threads used are resorbable PDO sutures, which are gradually broken down by the body.
During this process, a mild inflammatory reaction stimulates collagen synthesis, leading to long-term skin tightening even after the threads dissolve.
A noticeably firmer skin appearance can be expected for 6–12 months.
We use only high-quality PDO threads, tested for safety and biocompatibility over many years.
After the procedure, the skin should be supported with taping for five days to optimize the result.
We are happy to advise you about thread lift options and possible surgical alternatives.
