Our Team
Our team stands for friendliness, professionalism and flexibility – and for the fact that you will always see the same faces at our practice clinic in Oldenburg: at your consultation, on the day of your operation and at your check-ups.
You will be warmly welcomed by our practice manager Melanie. She takes care of your concerns and always has an open ear for your questions.
Our wound care, consultation and surgical assistant Wiebke is a strong shoulder to lean on throughout your treatment and accompanies you through the procedure.
Should inpatient monitoring be necessary as part of a larger operation, our two caring and attentive night nurses are there to look after your wellbeing.
Drs. Stefan Janßen and Dirk Peters are anaesthetists with many years of experience and ensure that everything runs smoothly during the operation. Together we work out an individual pain management plan for every patient so that your treatment is as free of discomfort as possible.

Who performs the surgery?
Dr. med. Phil Million carries out every surgical procedure personally – from the first consultation and the markings on the day of surgery through to the final check-up and the follow-up appointments.
