Which route is the right one for me?
The order in which we think is simple: if the line is caused by facial expression, we relax the muscle. If volume is lacking, we fill it up. If tissue is sagging, we lift – because additional volume would then only make the face heavier. We make this assessment together during the examination, and we also tell you when, in our view, a treatment will not bring anything.

Minimally invasive or surgery – what is right for me?
If the lines are caused by facial expression, botulinum helps. If volume is lacking or a line is deeply etched, fillers help. But if tissue is sagging, only a lift will give a satisfying result – fillers would only make the face heavier. The examination gives the answer.
Do I need a general anaesthetic for procedures on the face?
Usually not. You will be surprised: most procedures on the face can already be carried out very well under local anaesthesia, for example an eyelid lift, a brow lift or smaller lifting variants. We offer larger lifts under general anaesthesia on request.
Which procedures do you perform most frequently?
The upper eyelid lift and the correction of the lower lid where tear troughs have formed. We also perform larger lifts up to and including a facelift at our practice clinic. For the neck lift we offer a minimally invasive method through tiny access points.
How long do the results last?
Botulinum works for about 3 to 6 months, hyaluronic acid for six months to a year, a thread lift for 6 to 12 months. Surgical lifts last for years – a facelift gives you about 5 to 10 years, but remains subject to the natural ageing process.
What does a treatment on the face cost?
An injection of 1 ml of hyaluronic acid is around €350, a hyaluronic acid facelift around €900. Surgical procedures such as a facelift or neck lift start at about €5,000. After the first consultation you receive a fixed cost estimate.
