- Breast lift and breast reduction – mastopexy and reduction mammoplasty with a superomedial pedicle and an internal bra made from your own tissue.
- Breast augmentation with an implant – German brand implants, on request lightweight B-Lite implants, access via the inframammary fold.
- Breast augmentation with autologous fat – natural volume without a foreign body.
- Hybrid breast augmentation – an implant plus autologous fat for very slim patients and for tubular breasts.
- Nipple correction – correction of inverted nipples and of the areola.
- Gynaecomastia – enlargement of the mammary gland in men.

Which procedure suits me?
The decisive question is: is volume lacking, is support lacking – or both? If the shape is good and only the volume is too small, an implant or autologous fat are options. If the breast has dropped, only a lift will bring the shape back; the volume can be moved upwards using your own glandular tissue. For very slim patients the hybrid variant is the most elegant solution. What suits you is something we see during the examination – and we tell you honestly, even if it speaks against your original wish.

Frequently asked questions
A lift or an augmentation – what do I need?
If volume is lacking but the shape is good, an augmentation with an implant or autologous fat helps. If the shape has dropped, only a lift will help. Often both make sense: lifting and refilling with your own glandular tissue or autologous fat. The examination gives the answer.
Implant, autologous fat or hybrid?
An implant achieves the desired size immediately but entails a later exchange. Autologous fat looks particularly natural but only achieves about half a cup size to one cup size per session. The hybrid variant combines the two and is suitable for very slim patients.
Does health insurance pay?
Not for purely aesthetic procedures. For a breast reduction with considerable medical significance, reimbursement can be applied for – as a rule at least half a kilogram per breast must be removed. Gynaecomastia in men can also be a matter for the insurance fund, depending on the findings.
Who performs the operation?
Dr. med. Phil Million carries out every procedure personally, in our own operating theatre in Oldenburg. After larger breast operations you can stay overnight and are looked after by a nurse.
